1. What SlateIQ is
SlateIQ is a research and analytics tool for daily fantasy pick'em boards. It collects publicly available lines and official league statistics, scores them, and presents the result. It is information, not advice, and it is not a wagering service — no money is ever staked, held, or paid out through SlateIQ.
2. No guarantee of results
Classifications, confidence scores, slate reports and suggested entries are statistical opinions generated from historical data. Past performance does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for every decision you make and every dollar you risk. We publish our grading record precisely so you can judge the tool for yourself before relying on it.
3. Eligibility and legality
You must be at least 18 (or 21 where required) and legally permitted to participate in daily fantasy contests in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to know and follow the rules that apply where you are. SlateIQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any daily fantasy operator, sportsbook, league, or team.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done under your account. Do not share credentials, resell access, scrape the product, or use it to build a competing dataset. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Billing
SlateIQ costs $19 per month after a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and you can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial months, though if something is genuinely broken on our side, email us and we will make it right.
6. Availability and data sources
Lines come from third-party boards and statistics come from official league feeds. Those sources can change format, rate-limit, or go down. We aim for a fresh board every 30 minutes but do not guarantee uptime, completeness, or that any particular prop or sport will be covered on a given day.
7. Limitation of liability
SlateIQ is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for wagering losses, lost profits, or indirect damages.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions go to [email protected].
